1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Description:
1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu.
This was my dad's car at one point. He originally bought it maroon and had an 8 point roll cage in it at that time. Since my father owned it the motor was taken out and replaced with this 350. Mild cam but nothing major done in the motor. Runs fine.
Interior: it has some cracks in the dash and has 2 bucket seats. No rear seat. 8 gallon fuel cell mounted in trunk.
Exterior: needs a little work on the trim and other areas but overall is a good straight car. NO RUST.
Motor/Trans: 350 with mild cam. Unsure of exact internals. I am not 100% sure of the trans but I believe it is a turbo 400 with a hurst speed shifter. There is a little oil leak on the trans. (it's a 70) No power steering. My dad had it more set up for racing style. (he never took it to the strip). 12 bolt rear end. Unsure of gears inside.
Since I have owned it I have had a new fuel line installed. Stainless. Brand new tires. Also new brake lines.
It runs and drives. Let me know if you have any other questions.
