1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Super Sport Clone Description:

Engine, transmission and posi rear have less than 10,000 miles since built and installed. This is originally a California car that had minimal rust spots that were eliminated prior to the base coat/clear coat paint job this past spring.ENGINE: 532 HP on the dyno-aluminum heads, Weiand blower producing 6-8 lbs of boost, Comp hydraulic roller cam all make STREETABLE HORSEPOWER!TRANSMISSION: Turbo 400 with shift kit and performance clutches and Streetfighter converter stalling at 2700-2800 rpm.REAR END: New 3.36 posi with new bearings in the carrier and the axles...new brake shoes at the same time.WHEELS AND TIRES: Tires are all new Hankook Performance Radials on GM Rally wheels, 7" on the front, and 8.5" on the rear. A 4 wheel alignment was done when the tires were installed, and the car rides, drives and steers great! The car was updated with new dropped spindles and disc brakes, air ride in the rear, and the obvious 5" cowl induction scoop to clear the blower and carb. The bed cover is fiberglass, with the dual compressors and air tank accessible in the front of the bed.
