1985 Chevrolet El Camino Description:

85' ElCamino Conquista Choo Choo Custom Edition Needs Restoration. Factory locking hood. Power Windows(not working)and Power door locks(not working) Frame is Solid! Motor has a bad knock that I believe is from fuel leaking internally from the fuel pump. It has been like that since I've owned the car. Carb needs a rebuild. I always had planned on a motor swap soI never worried about this motor.Transmission shifts fine. Rear end seems fine.Interior is pretty worn out. Headliner was tacked up by previous owner. Someone tried to hack in an old Cadillac radio.Windshield is cracked. Needs Body Work. May need some floor work due to water leaking in at the rear window.Years of debris trapped under the rear window trim has caused this area to rot out a bit. Also looks as though someone fishtailed this beauty and banged up the Pass side rear quarter. Drivers Side fender has a dent at the top of the wheel well. (see pictures)I've always kept this car under coverbut have too many projects going on at once, so this one has to go. I have some extra parts that will go with her to include, new door lock sets, and window seals. I did replace the fuel tank and fuel lines, but that was a few years back. This car has been driven around the yard, but that is the extent of it. I wouldn't trust her to go more than five miles down the road, with that II will say that This car will need to be transported.I do not have a title for this car so check locally what your state's requirements are. In CT you only need a Bill of Sale for cars OVER 20 YEARS. Once again, this car will have to be transported!
