Originally purchased by current owner in 2007 with 24,000 original miles and original Goodyear Eagle GT tires! Original L48 engine with original automatic transmission. Matching numbers.Original corvette red color showed early signs of "orange peel" in a few areas. Original doeskin interior was in good condition along with FM stereo/CB radio combination. Dependable driver from day one. Odometer currently reads 30,411 miles.
Body on restoration in 2012 with complete exterior refinishing down to fiberglas. Fiberglas seam cracks repaired, door and hood re-alignment, 2 leveling courses (blocked and sanded), 2 coats of primer, 3 coats of "Corvette Red" and 4 coats of clear. Original trim. Paint, new weather-stripping all around, new "true dual exhaust and R134a A/C retrofit by Corvette Shop, Montgomery, NY. New Firehawk tires installed in 2007. Car exhibits proper stance. Brakes redone in 2016 (left rear still has original non-leaking factory installed caliper still riveted in place. Original25th anniversary badging both front and rear. T-tops with bags and retaining strap.
Interior restoration and upgrades by Master Upholstery, Newton, NJ in 2013 in original doeskin color. New carpet with newseat and door leather upgrades. New seat foam. New Alpine stereo with Bluetooth. Original dashboard restored and all new dashboard and gauge lightsinstalled. Enhanced insulation and thermalbarrier on interior floor, trunk area and firewall.
Dustop car cover and all original parts replaced during restoration come with purchase (includingFM stereo radio and CB). Many other minor upgrades. All repair records retained.
