1987 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 IROC Description:

1987 Z28 IROC Camaro 350CI tune port automatic with most every option but leather. Bose stereo, T tops, 4 wheel disc brakes, premium interior. This car has been in our family for the past 22 years and never driven in or left out in inclement weather the underside is as clean as the top all rubber trim, seals, and gaskets are in excellent condition because this car has rarely been left in direct sunlight so there is no fading of paint or interior materials that you would normally find on a 30 year old car. This car has received all recommended services by our local mechanic and or Chevy dealer and most recently received all new hood and hatch struts along with a new intake manifold gasket and heater core provided by the Chevy dealer. The T tops do not leak and have never leaked while in our ownership all tires have very deep tread. The car runs drives stops and accelerates as it should there are no funny noises or odors and its ride is excellent. The car does have an aftermarket exhaust system that gives it a bit more rumble. There are 2 issues that bear mention first is the head liner which has some rippling of loose material and the rubber capstan belt on the Bose cassette player needs replacement neither of which we thought important enough to have repaired. This IROC reflects the careful care and attention that has been paid to it over the past 30 years and as a result looks and performs like a much younger car you would not guess that it has 87K miles showing on the odometer.
