1946 Chevrolet Pick Up Truck, CLEAN nys transferable regi. New York State did not start issuing titles until 1976, I Am told the 5,800 miles is the true original mileage on the truck, it was originally a water tank truck used to transfer water on a navy base, it was sitting on a farm for years and I bought it from its second owner recently, who put some time in modes and upgraded to electric fuel pump, electric fan, 12 volt system, 6 new tires still show ink lines on tires, all breaks were done and all new break lines as seen in pics but for some reason breaks are not working, it is turn key and runs and drives it’s a 4 speed stick with lever switch reverse, carburetor was rebuilt but defiantly needs to be re done the truck is running rich, some lights work others have broken wires, any questions feel free
