1962 Chevrolet Nova 2 door hard top Description:

This 62 Nova is being listed as a project vehicl, I am the 3rd owner of this car and as for me I have always wanted one . But I just don’t have time for it being busy with work and family, and taking up space in my garage . I feel for what I m asking for it is a fair price for being 56 years old. This car was bought here locally in Greeley Colorado in 1962. The man that purchased it back then made it into a race car and would run it out at Bandimere speedway in Morrison colorado. He had a big block in it at that time. I do have some of the original paper work somewhere around my house that will go with the car as long as I can find it. About the car !The Nova has a real solid body on it with no rust as you can see in the pictures I have installed a complete new exhaust system with flow masters they sound great The wheels came off a corvette they are the Rally sport wheels that make the car look great I got them powder coated black The beauty rings are new and also brand new 15” tires all around. All the Chrome molding is intact on the ca, And that is very unusual for this year of car .In some of the pictures you will see a hood scoop on the car but I removed it and put a different hood on the car that didn’t have that 8” hole in it. The hood scoop wasn’t to my liking. But I do have the original hood here if you would like it to go with the ca, The car does have bucket seats and the bench in the back. Unfortunately they will need upholstered And carpetThe car used to have a roll bar in it and the are some holes in the floor board from the screw holes but floor boards are solid. The motor is a 350 and it was rebuild from the old owner it don’t have more then 100 miles on it . I but I edelbrock 600 carb on it and a new aluminum radiator. I have not had it running for a few months due to it needing a new starter . And no time to work on it . The headliner is there and solid very surprisin, the glass is all intact with all molding . I shifter is a B&M I do have the original air conditioning unit to this car . So that even makes this car that much better being an A/C Car it would have to be installed of course . The car does have drum brake, So with all this being said this car has so much potential to the right buyer if your willing to do the work and have a nice ride .
