I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1984 Chevrolet Corvette with just 112k miles. I would rate the exterior of this Corvette to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking old 'Vette. It is finished in a two tone light blue over dark blue with a matching blue interior. The finish appears to be an older repaint, but is very presentable. The finish shines nicely and looks smooth all around...with very few visible flaws to clue you in that it's not original. The body lines are all nice and straight. The hood, doors, and glass hatch all open and close easily. All of the trim and cladding is present and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of rubber with average tread all around. All of the fiberglass bodywork looks intact and shows well. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this old Corvette came in. I would also rate the interior of this Corvette to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash is clean and shows very well for its age. The carpets are thick and full looking throughout the interior. A matching set of factory floor mats are included. The deeply bolstered cloth seats show a few marks from age but have been very well preserved and are very comfortable. The power windows, locks, and seat all work properly. The left power mirror doesn't work, but the right one does. The audio system is original and sounds good through the factory BOSE speakers. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The cargo area is spacious and clean. This Corvette includes the original tool to remove the top, original service manuals, and other original owner's books. Pride in ownership shows throughout this well kept Corvette. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this low mileage Corvette came in. Mechanically, this Corvette appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 5.7L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good, for an old car. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps proper temperature and good oil pressure at all times. The V8 makes plenty of power and feels smooth with no issues. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly, just like it should. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. As with any 35 year old car, you get a few rattles and such...but nothing concerning. This Corvette comes as a fresh NEW CHEVY TRADE and has obviously been well loved by her previous owner. Less about term and condition Fees and TaxesThe only fee we charge is the $149 Administrative Fee that is also disclosed in the first sentence of the written description. Because we sell with NO RESERVE, we have no way to control how much (if any) money we make per vehicle. This fee helps us isolate a few of our fixed, per transaction expenses in a way that is fair to everyone.
The winning bidder is responsible for paying all required fees to their respective state of origin.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and are happy to provide low cost title / tag services to Pennsylvania Residents.
