This is a fine example of one of the 3,640 models produced that year.
The early C1 Corvette is known for its sensational style, outstanding performance and its low center of gravity producing a fine-handling machine.The Corvette has a 235-cid, 155-hp Blue Flame 6 -cylinder engine, with a three 'Carter' carburettor engine and a Powerglide transmission. Like the interior red trim, the Blue Flame, engine was the one and only option available at the time. This is a very early C1 with a lovely futuristic body!
The original paint is Sportsman red with red interior and a being convertible top - all in great condition! Optional AM radio is included; other equipment includes wide whitewall tires and factory wheel covers.
