1965 Chevy C10 292 / 4 Spd LWB original.

1965 Chevrolet C-10 Description:

This is a factory yellow 1965 C10 long bed step side Chevy.
It is 2-wheel drive and still has the the original great running High Torque 292 6 cyl, 4 speed manual transmission, 12 bolt combination.
This truck also includes a 1965ish camper shell that was installed right after the truck was purchased.
There is typical rust in the lower front fenders that does not appear to go into the main body.Some surface rust is noted in seams and drip areas, but again, this is surface rust and does not go further that that.No other serious rust was noted under the truck or in other areas. I have included pictures of the underside of the truck.There is a dent on the drivers door but repairable. This truck still has the original bed bottom thanks to the shell that was installed when the truck was new and also care from the original owner. Some of the wood however is showing wear near the tailgate area. I have included pictures.The truck was ordered radio delete from the factory. No radio as ever been installed.This truck even still has the original Delco-Remy coil, one remaining original T-3 headlamp, original wiper arms, and the5 original hubcaps are in the bed.The carburetor has been replaced at some time but was replaced with the same style. The exhaust has been replaced at some time. The tires have been replaced at some time, but the original style ply have been installed. If you look at the pictures of the undercarriage, you will notice the truck has not been abused off road. There is no bending of the control arms or center support. It appears to be in nice shape, just average wear. Simply, the original owner took extremely good care of this truck until his passing.

I may be able to deliver the truck and will negotiate this aside from the auction. It will not be included in the auction and should not be expected as part of your bidding. Delivery will be price negotiated and prepaid. My ability to deliver depends on my schedule, your schedule, and the weather. The truck will be delivered via truck and trailer.
If you arrange pickup, I will work to facilitate with this as much as I reasonably can. They will need to work around my schedule if possible.
