1950 Chevrolet Styleline Deluxe Description:

1950 Chevy Styleline Deluxe 2-Door Street Rod

Current build was done about 3 years ago. Body, paint, and interior were done about 15 years ago.
Looks mostly stock on the outside and interior, but all new/modern drivetrain, suspension, brakes, and electrical
I have taken several 800+ mile trips in this car and have put over 7000 miles on it since completed.
  • Solid body and frame, decent paint
  • New GM crate 350 V8 with Edelbrock intake & carb, stainless block-hugger headers, Champion 3-row aluminum radiator
  • Rebuilt 700R4 automatic transmission with Lokar shifter, manually switched TC lockup, speedometer converted to mechanical drive
  • GM 10-bolt rear with 3.08 gears. Cruises at ~2000 RPM @ 70 MPH
  • Chassis Engineering Mustang II front suspension with tubular control arms, 2" drop spindles, disc brakes, manual rack&pinion steering adapted to original steering column and steering wheel
  • Chassis Engineering rear suspension kit with 3" lowering blocks
  • Speedway Motors 21-circuit wiring harness
  • Frame mounted brake booster/master cylinder with all new brake lines, proportioning valve, Wilwood residual valves
  • New Diamondback wide whitewall radials on Wheel Vintiques Smoothie wheels
  • New dual exhaust with Flowmaster FlowFX mufflers and stainless tips.
