This is the original maintenance truck from East Mississippi State Hospital with 72,000 original miles.250 inline 6 with converted 3-speed manual from the column to the floor. A/C and heater work great, all lights work. No rust underneath the truck. The firewall has 2 small rust through spots and a slight dent on passenger side rear. All glass is good.
