If you are looking for a big block 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS convertible, this is the car for you! This car is by no means a concourse restoration, but I would consider it an older, #2 quality restoration. The paint shines and shows very well and I would not hesitate to put this in any car show and expect very positive responses from everyone that sees it as it is an absolutely beautiful car.
The transmission is the original 3 speed transmission that was rebuilt by Circle D transmissions here in Houston, TX withing the past 1500 miles. The motor is am original, era- correct 396 big block, however it is not a numbers matching motor. Everything else on the car is believed to be all original, minus the stereo which was tastefully upgraded to be able to hear music even with he top down at freeway speeds.
This car is absolutely beautiful and will make sure to make you the envy of all your neighbors. The pictures of course don't do this beautiful car justice. Everything is in good working/ functional condition and I just did a 140 mile round trip in the car within the past month.
