1974 Chevrolet Corvette Description:

1974 Chevy Corvette coupe. L-48 base engine 350 ci, M-20 4 speed, PS, PB, Tilt-Tele column, Stereo AM/FM. Exterior is medium red with leather silver deluxe interior. 27xxx original miles. 3 owners. Nice condition survivor car. One repaint that I believe was done in the late 70's. Paint has chips and scratches but looks fairly good considering the age. A good polishing would go a long way. Runs great, drives nice, shifts smoothly. The YJ8 cast aluminum wheels are not original...I added them. I also added the passenger door mirror. Tires are new including spare. Exhaust and brakes including the parking brakes were redone by the 2nd owner about 3 years ago. Original owner purchased new and kept it until 2nd owner got it about 3 years ago. I've owned it since April of 2018. Ireplace the fuel pump and power steering control valve. Has no rust issues. Most everything works except the clock and alarm. A few things could use some attention. The pointer for the hot cold heat control doesn't move. Parking brake light switch does not always work. The alarm is missing a bracket and switch...everything else is there. I have a NOS bracket. Close to being a untouched original car. All numbers matching. Even still has the smog stuff in place. Hard to find them like this.
