Painted in 2014, this L82 4-speed manual Corvette with the Gymkhana (FE7) suspension option, has 48Kmiles and has been well maintained, but not modified (original engine, trans, carb, no headers, etc..)New braking, clutch and A/C systems, weatherstripping, leather seats, MSD ignition, Bilstein shocks, gas pump, starter, alternator, original re-manufactured quadrajet, M/T Sportsman tires, sway bar end-links and bushings, speedometer cable, hood release cable. While not perfect this classic corvette is a pleasure to drive and ready for daily use.
This car spent a few decades in a Florida barn until a local sheriff recovered it and obtained the appropriate title. After that it was sold to a retired Vietnam war veteran in Arizona who took meticulous care of it. I was looking for an unmodified classic vette and was lucky to buy it from him 3+ years ago. I drive it nearly every day but avoid bad weather. As far as I can tell it has been garage/barn stored since it was new. The Gymkhana suspension (stiffer springs, rear sway bar and larger diameter front sway bar) makes a significant difference in the handling. It was a performance oriented build from the factory considering the upgraded suspension,L82 engine and 4-speed Borg Warner Super T-10 manual trans. Hate to sell but soon we will have too many cars for the garage / driveway as my kids are now driving (just not the Corvette).
