This is an older amature restoration on a rust free car There is no rust on this car! Could use a paint job but the body has few dents or dings. Very little body work will be required Grill is almost perfect. New bumpers front and back . Only modifications are a swich to 12 volts and added turn signals . 36 had no turn signals. Late thirty six had no wood in the body. This car is one of those as indcated with an X in body plate. The engine has had a rebuild very few miles ago and runs great. No over heating problems at all . I have driven this car to shows 50 miles away with no issues. All gauges work including gas gauge. Shifting requires double clutching but is very smooth and noise free.Brakes have been gone through with new or rebuilt parts. Has a new exhast as well . No mechanical work is requrired Not sure of the age of the tires but look like new. No cracking and tread looks as new. Interior is stock. Its 80 years old so it shows wear but is presentable. Has a GM dash fan that works. I've been told that the fan itself is worth $450 becase of the GM badge. Over all this is a very presentable car. Gets plenty of comments and draws small crowds at car shows. As I said it really needs a good paint job but I consider this car as a "five footer" as from five feet it looks great. So drive it as is or do a very simple paint job and you'd have a beautiful $12,000 car.
