1980 Chevrolet Camaro Description:

1980 Camaro. It has been tubbed with a narrowed "Fab 9" brand 9 inch Ford rear, and a 4 link. Wilwood rear disc brakes as well. New driveshaft, all new interior ( not yet fully installed), new B+M 700R4 street/strip transmission, B+M 250 style blower with 4 inch spacer, new 355 Vortec engine with new aluminum heads, PS and PB, new Cragar S/S wheels, with custom made 14 inch wide rears. It has Mickey Thompson tires with almost zero miles like everything else! It was just painted, and all glass is new but the back window. I have new door panels (not installed yet) and the rest of the interior to finish. The front and rear ends of the body were converted to look like a split bumper '73, with all new repro. parts. The car is all wired but the front turn signals. New exhaust as well. Email me for a video of the car running and driving. It has only been driven around the block, due to oil fowling, and light vertical scratches in the number one cylinder. It looks like the engine will have to come back out due to the machine shop doing something wrong with the rings in that hole (see the bore scope photo). Other than that it's a beautiful car that needs little things to be done. Due to this, I will not start the car and potentially do more damage. I will let the video speak for itself. The B+M scoop in the first photo does not come with the car (it took me years to find). It will have the velocity stacks shown in the other photos. Please don't contact me saying it looks like a '73, and is not an '80. That's the point! It is titled and registered as an '80, thanks. This car is NEW top to bottom.Wouldn't it be fun to enter it in car shows as an '80, and watch people swear it's wrong? I think so!
