No ReserveThis is a 1978 Chevy custom deluxe short step side. I bought this truck from the second owner in southern Arkansas. The truck is rust free and straight. It also has awesome patina throughout the entire body and the doors open andshut better than they do on my new truck. If you're looking for an all original square body that hasn't been rebuilt and pieced together than this is it. It has the original6 cyl. with 3 speed manual transmission that runs and shifts great. It doesn’t smoke or leak a drop of anything. I bought this truck because I thought it would be a great candidate for an LS swap but I just have too many projects. After I purchased it, I lowered it the correct way by using 3” drop spindles and lowering springs with a flip in the rear. The truck will come with new tires, original steel wheels and hubcaps- NOT the 20 inch wheels in some of the pictures. Those will be an additional $2000 if interested separate from the auction. The truck has recently had a full brake job done and a tune up. All lights and gauges work as they should. The interior is all original so there are the typical cracks in the dash pad, but the original plaidseat cover is in great shape and not broke down. I’ve also got the original build sheet and owner's manual from when the truck was sold brand new. The truck comes with an open and clear Ark. title.
