Carburetor was replaced with high performance Holly 4 barrel.
Distributor was replaced with high performance D.U.I.
Original radiator was replaced with aluminum radiator with built-in electric fans.
Car was originally equipped with AC but system was removed to make it easier to work on motor. AC compressor and condenser will be given to buyer and can be re-installed.
Fan and heat ventilation system works great.
Original radio deck was replaced with electronic/digital replica that plays clearer radio, as well as music from ipod or cell phone. 4 new pioneer speakers were installed inside for a great sound.
Water pump was replaced a year ago, as were the belts.
I've been restoring the vette for 9 years - it runs like a dream. The car has been repaired/replaced/restored in many ways, but there's always something that can be restored. Depending on how long I keep the car, my next two projects would be replacing the back bumpers and repainting the car and then I really think she'd be 100%. The back chrome bumpers have minor rust spots and need to be replaced, but that is unnoticeable from a couple feet away. The original paint also looks great from a foot away, but it's 44 years old and not perfect. Minor stress areas and dings.
I'm only selling because I have two young kids and need a four seater weekend car to carry everyone around.
