1988 Chevrolet S-10 Base Description:

1988 Chevrolet S10 2wd regular cab short bed with 56k original miles. It's a base model with the 2.5 4cyl and 5 speed transmission. Completely stock down to the 14" steel wheels. Great condition, straight body, with no rust except for a small spot of surface rust on the roof from fading paint, and at the bottom of the inner doors. Looks to be all original paint. The rockers and cab corners are perfect. It runs and drives well. I drive to and from work a few days a week. The dash has normal cracks as all of these 82-93 S10's did. The bench seat is in excellent condition as is the steering wheel, column, door panels, and floors. I originally got it to do an LSX 6 speed swap, and paint it, but other more important things need to come first. Rather than let it sit and wait for me to be ready, I'd like it to go to someone who can build it now. The truck is in great shape for being 31 years old. Tag it historic and go to town on whatever you might want to do with it. It's perfect for a V8 swap. Or, drive it the way it is! It's got a new alternator, drive belt, and recent battery. Starts right up, clutch is tight, and goes down the road. You just can't find them with the low mileage and good shape like this anymore! The truck is located in Baltimore, MD 21227.
