1965 Chevrolet C10 Pickup 292 ci Straight 6, 4 Speed, Original unmodified Truck

1965 Chevrolet C-10 PATINA Description:

1965 Chevy C10 Pickup Truck. It has the High Torque 292 Cubic Inch Straight Six motor. The transmission is a heavy duty 4 speed. This struck starts easy and runs good, strongly and smoothly. The clutch, brakes and suspension are all good. I replaced the windshield and seal gasket 2 years ago. All of the glass is good and the windows roll up and down smoothly. The original seat is covered with a U.S. Army Blanket which serves well for that purpose. The seat springs and padding are good under the blanket. The floor of the cab is solid. The wood is original and weathered in the bed so I have a sheet of plywood covering it that covered with a plastic bed liner panel.
I bought this truck at an estate sale in 2006 and it has been currently registered in my name for that period. I have used this truck for making dump runs, bringing home firewood and hay (up to 12 bales at a time) for the horses. Two years ago we sold our horses. I am selling this truck as I no longer have a need for it. That said this is a good work truck and I would trust it to continue on performing solid work truck duties.
Almost without fail when I drive this truck down town such as to the post office or market some person will come up and ask me about it and say back when they had one like it.
