The interior is the deluxe houndstooth and it is in perfect/ new condition. Including the dash pad all door panels, seat covers, carpet etc. It is all new!
All of the steal was done professionally including new one piece floors put in in the original spot welds so when you put mirrors under the car all you see is fresh floors finished in Trim Black paint. There are no funny squeaks rattles or sounds coming from the car and it purrrrrsss like a kitten...
The engine is a 454 that was built to spec a 1969 396. I did this by using a nice seasoned block that was bored 20 over and honed, forged crank, and rods, new pistons, rings and mild cam. I did not want to build a 10 second car, rather I built something I can take to A&W on any cruise nite without a problem. All of the finishing components on the engine are exactly like factory, including the carburetor, choke, fuel lines and filters, everything. This car was built to exact specs.The 4 speed muncie shifts perfectly and the 12 Bolt Posi has a 3:73 gear. The car comes with disc brakes in the front with drums in the rear, and again every thing is new. I have to stress that every single nut bolt, fastener, fuel lines, brake lines, etc. etc. all new!All of the glass is in perfect condition. All of the windows go up and down and they fit perfect. around the doors and trim as they are supposed to. All of the Chrome is perfect as well. The entire engine compartment is detailed as well as all of the wheel wells and undercarriage. There is NO undercoat of lizard skin hiding anything. REAL STEAL and SEM TRIM BLACK ONLY. I would rate this care seriously a 9 of 10. It is basically a new car. Even the headlights work perfectly every time because I used a Detroit Speed Electronic Conversion Kit. It is awesome! The tires on this car are new Coker FR70 14 radials and the car drives really nice on them. As I said I have nothing to hide on this car it is a 9/10 so if you bring your inspector, you better bring your checkbook too!!
I have a hoist so any additional photos are not an issue. I also have a brand new chambered exhaust that the winning bidder can have. It is complete with all of the hangers, I bought it from D&R Classics. If fit perfect but I opted to put flow masters on for a little more agressive sound. again, its all new!!
