Description:This car was a life long dream of mine and now its time to move on to a larger project. This car is absolutely era correct. Has done very well in shows and is a perfect example of a Chevelle SS Convertible. Frame off was completed in 2013 and has a little over 1000 miles on the odometer since then.Engine and transmission: The 396/360hp is rare for a convertible Chevelle. All motor and tranny parts have been rebuilt and run and drive to perfection, Every nut and bolt removed cleaned and re-installed true to factory specs.Exterior: Body work is perfectly done and painted by the man who originally painted this exact car in 1966 in Toledo Ohio. Every panel and hood and truck are razor sharp. Convertible top and all trim inside is new. The chrome has been redone so every thing shines like a new one. Era true American Racing wheels that have been trued and cleaned without a blemish.Interior: All of the rubber and glass on this car is new. The only change to this car from factory is the interior color from red to black, however all the seat covers and trim all matches to factory correct and looks great with the color combination. Every nut and bolt and screw on this Chevelle interior and chrome were removed a polished and painted.
