1977 Chevrolet Blazer Chalet Description:

This super sweet 1977 Chevy Blazer Chalet is begging for someone to put her back to use. This truck is powered by its factory original 400 V-8 matched to an all-time 4 wheel drive 400 automatic transmission. The old girl needs to be exercised. She's been kinda stale for some time but still runs pretty good. A tune up certainly wouldn't hurt. She fires right up, the motor sounds solid but it sounds like she has a slight exhaust leak.
The interior is in pretty darn good shape too, especially the front seats. The back area seats have some tears but nothing unfixable. The sink, stove and fridge are also intact and in good condition, however I have not tested them for functionality.
Here's the bad...-back door handle is broken but I've been told that RV camper stores sell them-there is rust in the driver and passenger rockers and bottom of doors. The floors seem to be solid looking from the bottom. I have not pulled any carpet back.-it sounds like it has an exhaust leak-a/c is not coming on but I will have that looked at.
The good...-ITS A 1977 CHALET BLAZER!!! Only 1800 of these were produced from 1976-1977. This happens to be unit #914.-She looks to be mostly original paint. What you see is what you get.-Factory power steering, disc brakes, 400 with automatic trans and a/c-ITS JUST COOL!
