1957 Chevrolet Belair

1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Hardtop Description:

I am selling my 1957 Chevrolet Belair 4-Door Hardtop. I have owned it since year 2000 and I believe I am the third owner. I have enjoyed it for 17 years and now is time to pass on this car to someone else.
It has a 350 cu. in. V8 engine with a high performance package (cam, 750 Double Pumper Carb, Headers and Exhaust System). It is a manual 4-Speed Muncie tranny with a short Hurst Shifter on the floor.
It needs a paint job and some cosmetic body work to fix rust issues on the rocker panels and on the trunk floor. I replaced the front driver and passenger floor panels a few years back, so there is minimum (almost none) surface rust on the underside. It also needs electrical accessories to be fixed (speedometer, wipers, radio).
I have driven it a few times for short cruises 300 to 400 miles a few times with no issues at all. The engine is pretty strong and it purrs on the freeway nicely. It can be driven anywhere and I bought a new set of tires less than two months ago.
I have the original front bench seat that matches the interior and also the original steering wheel. Both of these items will go with the car when it sells.

This car is a head-turner as it is in its current condition and it is also a very reliable vehicle and provides the driver with a shot of adrenaline when you step on the gas pedal if you enjoy doing that once in a while for fun.
