1955 Chevrolet Other Pickups Description:

Up for consideration is this 1955 Chevrolet 3100 Classic. A summer weekend cruiser originating from California, and has never seen the harsh northeastern weather. a screaming 383 Stroker engine, paired with an automatic transmission.
Tire tread matches engine millage; 1,350 since update.
A strong dependable classic that always fires right up. Interior is in great shape with new two tone bench seat and matching door and roof paneling. Working radio, lights, window cranks, and windshield wipers.
Disc brakes have been installed in the front. Bed wood replaced and stained, though recently faded from sun exposure. Paint is not considered show quality, particularly on the hood, which is highlighted in the pictures.
The last task I have yet to tackle is tending to the finicky door latch on the driver side which should be a simple fix. Also, I have purchased door knob button locks for both doors so that the truck may be locked with an accompanying key, yet to be installed. Carries a roughly 11 gallon gas tank typical positioned behind the drivers seat.
