1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 2 door Description:
1957 Chevy 2 door sedan 150 model with back seat. This vehicle runs and drives and is used often. I haven't owned the vehicle very long and can't go into exact detail about it.The reason for selling is that I bought a different car that best suits my needs. It has a V8 small block chevy, stock rear and 3 speed automatic trans with a shift kit. Since I have owned it I have installed 4 near brand new Coker radial wide whitewall tires and 210 model hubcaps. Prior owner(s) have performed backyard body work and floor rust repair as well as the trunk. Not pretty in some spots and should be gone over or just rock it as is. I believe the motor to be rebuild with a mild cam but not for certain. It has newer Edelbrock 600 cfm carburetor. No wiper motor and heater is not hooked up. Also has headers with new exhaust exiting in front of rear tire. It does have an internal engine noise that I can only describe as sounding like a mild diesel sound. Noise has no effect on engine operation. Car doesn't smoke and in my opinion it is quite fast but would eventually get it checked out. Has new wire harness installed with all lights and turn signals fully operational. Interior consists of 2 1967 Chevelle fold down bucket seats and a stock back seat. This is a factory 6 cylinder car with 3 on the tree and pedal assembly is still there in case a 4 speed is installed. Side glass has cracks but fully operational. Front and back glass are ok. This is a rare 150 model by running of the body tag. It has some aftermarket replacement chrome however I do not have the side trim. This car runs, drives, and stops but she needs TLC ...... please see pictures. I will try to answer questions as best as I can but I am not a tri five expert by any means..
