1971 Chevrolet C-10 Description:

For sale is a 1971 C10 Short bed with flawless black paint and air ride. Let me start by saying if you looking to build a show truck this truck is for you. The body and paint are flawless...NO Macon shine paint job here ....... This truck was built from the ground up using all new metal. Over 6000 dollars spent on Metal alone..... No rusty MUD bucket here.... Now that being said, the truck started life as a 305 step side, we opted to change the truck to a style side, the complete front clip, doors, and bed. The truck was then primed and sealed with over 200 hours spent on panel alignment and block sanding. The truck then received 4 coats of DuPont Chroma base black paint and color sanding giving you the deep black color you see. Then 5 coats of DuPont clear and wet sanding and buffing to 2000 grit giving you the mirror finish on all panels.... inside and out, even the bottom of the cab received the same treatment. The frame was blasted and fit with 4 wheel disc brakes, and 4 corner air ride. The look we were going for was a sport truck the rides on air not a frame laying rod.... The air ride fits under the truck very clean look. I have a 4 speed and a built 68 327 with 3 duce setup ready to go included with the truck.
