Custom artwork on entire van: On the front hood we have a beautiful snow leopard perching on a mountain top in the moonlight. The back of the van has another snow leopard peeking through the grass. The leopard is missing a piece of paint on his face (see photo). The sides of the van have a muted dark blue grass and land style background. The custom artwork is signed by the artist on the front hood and was done in 1998. The entire car is painted a nice deep bright metallic blue that sparkles (glitters because the paint has aluminum flakes that reflect the same color of the paint giving off a high sparkle effect).
Tires/Rims: The tires are white wall Maxxis Ma-1 P195 with steel belted radial. The rims are high end Dayton wire wheel twist-ons that have the blue center cap emblems with the eagle. The tires have a good amount of tread left and are in fairly good condition. 3 out of 4 rims are in very good condition (just need some cleaning. One of them has a few small rust spots, but could possibly come off with some TLC. It is not as noticeable unless you are looking fairly close). One of the rims has a good amount of rust (see photo) so I am not sure what will come off on that. The blue on the emblems match the car paint.
This Chevy Astro starts, runs, drives, however there is a few things wrong with it that we are aware of. The headliner is sagging. There may be some do-it-yourself things you can do to fix this, but it may need to be re-done (it depends on the person that buys this van). This van has a custom hydraulic system (see last few photos) that has the control panel and cylinders, but it is missing the pump and batteries. The tires rub when you go over a bump (due to the hydraulic system, so if you are not local you will need to arrange/bring a flat bed to take this van home. Instead of carpet in the back of the van it has a diamond plate metal (where the part of the system/pistons go. This is a nice van that has a great deal of potential!
There are no dents on the car. The paint is in very good condition. Please remember this paint job was done awhile ago so there may be some small scratches somewhere, but there is nothing huge on it. There is some rust throughout the car (see photos), but they are in pretty common places and for the car being made in 1989 it overall is in good shape. There is some rust underneath as well (see photos) but nothing out of the ordinary that I can see. The grill, front and back bumper have been replaced with chrome ones more recently, so those are in almost brand new condition.
Interior: The interior overall is in good condition. The seats are free from tears. The carpet is also in good condition that has some slight staining in a few places. The car could use a good cleaning. It comes with a CD player that is not original with the car as well as a custom steering wheel. There are 3 doors; drivers side and front passengers side, and a sliding door. The door also opens up in back. The back seat has 3 seat belts, so as is you can seat 5 people in this van. The van has power locks and manual windows.
