1966 Chevrolet Suburban Description:

I am listing this truck for a friend. This truck was originally a local school bus with 93394 original miles,the present owner has put over $5500.00 in new parts to make this truck ride and drive properly. This truck rides and drives great. The engine is the original 292 6 cylinder blue flame. The transmission is a 3 speed on the floor with an old Hurst shifter.
Lets start with the outside. This truck has new tires, new aluminum wheels, and a very average yellow paint job with a lot of imperfections in the paint and body. There is minor rust in the floor and front fenders, but over all, the rust is not too bad. The owner spent over $5,500 in parts and here is a partial listing:
- Brakes - front and rear- New drums and wheel cylinders- Wheel barrings and seals- All new brake lines- New clutch master cylinder- Radiator heater core and hoses- New fuel pump, water pump, shocks- All new lights and bulbs- New exhaust- New door sills and new weather stripping are included but not installed
I drove this truck down the road and was amazed at how well it drove, stopped straight, turns easy, starts easy, and for its age, drove well. All gauges, lights, horn, and heater work.
