All of the paint is in excellent condition and shows well. This Chevrolet sits on a set of GM Rally wheels painted gold with chrome beauty rings and center caps. Overall, the fit and finish is nice and it is clear that this car is a well put together solid example. Opening the hood, the first thing you'll notice is that each side has been outfitted with a gas-charged hatch strut/lift support like you might find supporting the trunk lid of a modern SUV or station wagon. Once you get over the surprise of someone having put that much thought into tasteful modifications, you'll notice the small block GM 350 V8. This engine was installed years ago when the car was customized, and is mildly built. The exterior of the engine is clean and attractive with a tasteful set of aftermarket valve covers and matching air cleaner. Additionally, this 1937 Chevrolet is equipped with a Heidts front end so you'll instantly fall in love with the way it drives down the road. The interior is one of those things that you either love or you hate. Many folks look at it and think it to be dated; others think it is cool and fun!
