All my offerings are put through a service/safety check and road test to be sure they are safe and road worthy. I make sure the oil has been changed and do an inspection of the brakes, belts, hoses, cooling system, fluid levels, etc. Of course, every vehicle will ride and drive with the engine and transmission performing as expected. If you would prefer to have a third party inspect the car before bidding, I am most willing to help you facilitate that. I know of several shops in town that will deal with you directly or you are welcome to locate one on your own. Either way, I will deliver the car there for you and pick it up after inspection for no extra charge. Of course, the shop would charge a nominal fee and would bill you directly, but I will even reimburse your inspection charges if you end up buying the vehicle!!!

Absolutely gorgeous 1970 Chevelle SS 454 with a 12 bolt rear w/sway bar, power steering, power front disc brakes and TH400 automatic transmission! Fresh out of a professional baseball pitchers personal collection, this SS Tribute Chevelle is a car you can show or drive with pride! No way you could reproduce it for the price I am selling it for. A whole lot of money was spent to build this high end restoration and it shows! I have seen the owners multi million dollar collection, it was incredible! He does trade his cars in and out and this Chevelle was traded in on a $300,000.00 McClaren!! I was able to purchase from the selling dealer and am excited to offer for sale here! The 1970 Chevelle SS has always been one of my all time favorite muscle cars, so needless to say I am having fun with this one! Rides and drives tight and strong as it should and the exhaust tone just puts a huge smile on your face!! This was a relatively recent restoration that was stored in his huge warehouse collection, the beautiful red paint has no chips or scratches, looks like it came out of the booth yesterday! High end paint job that rivals any factory finish with no rust or damage repair. The glass is clear and all the brightwork is either new or near new original. New tires and rims also! Just check out the 65 pictures below, incredible straight body lines and sides and just as pretty in person! May have had some panel replacement, but anything done was done professionally and correct. I did see signs underneath of some floor pan replacement, but again done professionally. The 454 (non-original of course!) starts right up with no smoking or noises, the transmission shifts as it should from new (no annoying shift kit installed!) and the suspension is tight like it would be from new. I put it through its paces around the corners and it just feels right!!! As for the interior, again done in stock fashion and done very nicely with excellent seats and carpeting! A few things on the inside I noticed that would be worth tweaking to a top level if you even cared to. The dash panel shows some aging and is the round gauge dash with dummy lights and no tachometer, it would be cool to upgrade that to a fresh dash panel with gauges and tachometer. The old school Kraco cassette radio does not turn on, the horn is not working and the front lower kick panels are showing wear/aging. Those are cheap and easy to replace. The headliner looks new, but a couple small spots in the back are not as tight as they could be, a little attention and it would look perfect. Also, a couple short hairline cracks in the passenger side dash pad. All minor stuff that you can see in the pictures below. I would give the interior a grade of 8.5. Overall, one top shelf 70 Chevelle SS454 Tribute that is sure to please and ready to enjoy! And for WAY less money than a real SS would cost you in this condition! Want to hear it run? Bidding/Buying Policies

The advertised vehicle will be described as accurately as I can, but remember these are used vehicles, they will show signs as such. As stated before, each offering is checked over and inspected before selling, but you are not bidding on nor am I selling new or high priced certified pre-owned cars, so there may be parts of the vehicle that are not like new. Depending on the age of the vehicle, the various systems involved will be at different levels of wear/service life and there may be the typical small chips/dings, blems and other signs of normal wear, inside and out, that you would expect on used vehicles. Obviously, I cannot possibly show or detail every little thing that would be on any used car. I will do my best to describe all the major things so you are clear on what you are buying, but I encourage you to call with any questions you may have before bidding. I want you to be well informed! Customer is responsible to obtain their own insurance on any vehicle purchased. Insurance is provided by the transport company for all vehicles during shipping, but my insurance ceases to cover anything once it is sold. Sold being described as when funds are received in full, not at the time the vehicle is delivered.

According to Federal guidelines, all vehicles 10 or more years old are sold exempt from mileage guarantees unless specifically mentioned. If I have documentation to back up the mileage on these older cars, I will.

Payment must be made by cash-in-person, cashiers check, money order or bank to bank wire transfer. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit will be expected within 3-5 days following close of auction and remainder paid within 7-10 days. If you have a special situation, please feel free to call ahead of time to discuss. I am very easy to deal with!

Florida residents must include 6% sales tax. According to Florida law, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida I am obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax and not to exceed 6%. The purchaser will then be given a notarized form from the State of Florida proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit. You DO NOT pay sales tax twice! Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida.

Buyer assumes the cost and responsibility of shipping. I already have contacts to ship the vehicle anywhere in the USA, so I can help arrange this for you and give you cost estimate ahead of time. If you are going to fly in and drive home, I will gladly pick you up from the Ft. Myers International Airport and provide you with a free 30 day temporary plate for your vehicle. You must have insurance before a temporary plate can be issued. Temporary plates are not provided for vehicles shipped, only ones picked up in person.

All vehicles do have clear titles and are guaranteed to be clean and free of any liens or brands such as salvage or rebuilt. Occasionally, a title will be in transit from the bank or dealership because of a loan payoff and may not be in my immediate possession, but will be processed to you as soon as physically possible.

Any buyer with a negative rating will be ignored unless he contacts me first with a good explanation. There is no sense in running up the prices by people who have problems following through with commitments. Remember you are entering into a legally binding contract.
