1961 Chevrolet Other Pickups Description:

As stated a well used,very rare 1 ton panel truck,Built in Oakland GM truck plat that closed in 1962.Original Black plates and dealer plate on front bumper.This is my daily work truck which is being sold due to loss in hrs and trying to help cover costs for sons cancer costs not covered.It is a Chevy with typical rust seen on regular pickups of this body type,has original hood(bonus).Has upgrade rearend for drivability on freeway with mileage not gallons lol.has a 72 350 4-bolt with 487x heads,very strong engine.still retains a surprisingly functional 4-speed manual trans(I havent broke it )retaining original wiring harness,I added a 70 turnsignal system with hazards and fuse box,plus a full working gauge cluster and using original wiring rerouted to be correct for gauges verse wiring diagram on this year.The heater core and radiator are fairly new and functioning perfectly.This truck has no ameneties,very basic work truck,no arm rests only 1 visor and had seat belts added by prior owner.Comes with spare body parts including barn doors and other hard to get parts for 1 ton panels only.

This truck constantly gets thumbs up and questions daily,is fun to drive and will drive long distance with no issues,I drove to Colorado and back to Ca. no problem
