1969 Chevrolet Chevelle malibu Description:

69 malibu package ... LS swapped ..5.3 ls motor 4l60 transmission..aluminium radatior..dual electric fans ..computer fuel injected.. brand new fuel system al AN -6 fittings..new tank with walbro fuel pump ...corvette regulator and filter.. UMI motor mounts..energy suspension trans mount all urethane mounts... custom shortened drive shaft new joints and balanced ... 18" boss rims all the way around with 100% brand new tires all the way around ... car is a factory A/C car although the factory box was removed from firewall .. planned on installing vintage air..never got around to i, , i have the factory air box and equipment still.. car is factory power steering yes all hooked up and works awesome .... car is factory power brakes also... brakes are 4 wheel drums at this point .. that was next on the list was to do the 1998-2002 F body brake swap... if car dont sell im gonna do brake swap next.. stainless steel headers and true dual magnaflow exhaust dumps out right after rear tires .. ..this car was built in california and stayed its entire life there untill 2 years ago when i purchased it ..absolutly rock solid floors rockers trunk frame ... doors dont sag... small chip in windsheild.. fresh paint job on car ... not high quality paint job its a driver quality job.. car was already painted when i bought the body ... now that i told you everything i did to the car and all the good i will list what is still needs as honestly as i can describe in words... as its bean a california car its entire life as to be expected the weather stripping is pretty dried out and cracking up.. car will need new wetherstrip installed ... the dash pad is cracked in 2 spots.. and the steering wheel is sun damaged also ... i did forget to mention in the good side of description that the front seet was recovered and the headliner was replaced also .. seats are in great shape ... no radio installed...missing the ashtray ... the rear package tray peice that covers the rear speakers is missing ... im looking for 1 to put in there .. it might be installed by the time listing is over, but not guarnteed. the brakes do work but keep in mind they are 4 wheel drums .. and they dont feel at all like driving anything with disc brakes ... all headlights tail lights and brake lights are in working order ... this car does not have turn signals ... it is missing 2 small peices of trim on the front grill ... there is 1 small dent on the roof that im pretty sure i will not be able to get a good pic of to show it ... its small ... i have not hooked up any guages to the LS motor ye, i hooked my cell phone up to a bluthook adapter to the obd 2 port that is wired to the car to keep an eye on the engine and my speed ... the plan was to use dakota digital gueages ...so as far as i can remeber thats all the bad ... this car is gonna make someone an awesome pro touring car that gets over 20mpg and rips the crap out of the back tires ... looking at the rest of chevelles for sale im probably underpriced but the wife wants a mid 50's pickup truck now that the kids are older ... all the hard work and research is done if your looking for a swaped chevelle .. car is a bench seat car so the whole family fit to go to cruise nites .. shifter is on the column ... please feel free to ask any questions.. i will usually respond witin a couple hours at the most ... i will ask the winning bidder paypal a 1000 deposit within 48 hours of end of auction .. it would be possible to make a deal and sell as a roller if thats what would interest you more .. i will use this motor and trans in the new build .. it runs perfect so i wont mind keeping it but either way u have the option...send me a message if u want to make an offer for me to end the auction early or to come see the car ... i will not end auction until the car is paid in full .. i have a clean clear title in hand .. i might have a picture of the california title i bought the car with ..
bid with confidence ... all in all this is a nice car and an awesome cruiser it turns heads and gets thumbs up everytime i take it out ... yes its not perfect and needs some finishing touches but i cruise this car every weeknend and take the wife out to dinner once or twice a week in this car ... i see rusted piles of junk going for 15-17k these day, ,, these cars go up every year 68-72 chevelles will always be a collector and wanted car... it won 2 awards so far i got car of the day at the launchinf pad on historic rt 66 cruise america...and i got a best driven street car at a local car show that judged by the crowd ... i will include trophy with the sale of car .. if i think of any more that i need to add i will update the listing daily so keep checking back often for any info that i may think of and add into the listing .. I know a personal friend that has a transport company ... if transport is needed i can get a quick qoute for ya ... or if its within 250 miles i can deliver it myself for an extra cash fee ...

also wanted to mention i have not painted the underside of car or done any undercoating as of yet .. i wanted to leave it alone for now so people can see how solid the car is ... if it dont sell in 2 weeks or so im gonna throw it on a lift and paint and undercoat the whole bottom side ...
10?17/2018 i have decided to remove the reserve and the buy it now price .... if u would like the auction to end early that would cost you 21k for that to happen .... the car is also listed on facebook market place and is getting alot of attention there ... so this auction might end early ....
