I am selling a 1970 Blazer. This classic vehicle is in very good condition and would not take much effort to get it looking like new. When comparing this to other blazers on the market of similar year and not fully restored, it is in excellent condition. Aside from being in good condition, it is a great investment, as with a little attention, the profit margin on this would be large. This is an extremely desirable and timeless vehicle, and there's a reason fully restored blazers of this era sell for tens of thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, I need a vehicle with better gas mileage and more comfortable for long trips, etc.It has a rebuilt vortec V8 engine with less than 20k miles, new body mounts, new shocks, disc brakes in the rear, new heater core, thermostat, distributer, waterproof stereo, floor liner, new front bench seats, the original rear bench seat, new spark plugs and rewired, blocks for a small lift, 33" tires in good condition, nice after-market wheels, dual exhaust, a 205 transfer case, 3-speed transmission, original hard top, aftermarket headlights, and more I'm sure I'm forgetting.
It needs some body work on the rocker panels, a few dents in the tailgate fixed, and the driver's side door needs attention. Other than that, a good paint job will have it looking amazing. The truck ran great and was awesome for cruising and even on the highway, but unfortunately either the transmission or the torque converter needs replaced (or the transmission rebuilt). I would recommend getting a soft top for it rather than using the hard top, as it is awesome to be able to cruise with the top off whenever desired. Most blazers you'll find will have extensive cancer (rust), but this truck has minimal rust on the rocker panels and on the top of the windshield that would be easy to fix.
