| 1948 Chevy Chevrolet Dump-truck No Reserve - Very nice 1948 Chevy. This came from a farm in dry western Kansas and is 99% rust free. At some point, apparently not to long ago, it was painted. I don't believe it is professional, but it is what I would call an extremely nice ameture paint job. This old truck is incredibly complete and very original. It appears to have it's original drive train, and all the trim pieces, etc., are on the truck. It will need a couple of pieces of glass, which are very cheap - the passenger side windshield, and driver side window are broken. Mechanically - the engine is free and turns over. It tries to run when you dump some gas in the carb, but the old gas from the tank smells really bad, so its going to need to be drained, and probably the carburetor rebuilt due to sitting. This is a great project truck as parts are cheap, and its very complete and straight - would be fun for parades, farm shows, etc. - just keep in mind that it has sat unused for several years and is going to need a little love to get it up and going again.
