This 1974 C10 was sold on 4-13-74 by Hudiburg Chevy City of Fort Worth, TX. Original Sales price was 3481.91 with a 275.00 trade in on a 1966 Pontiac. Documentation includes Original Sales Agreement, Down Payment Receipt, Warranty Book, Owners Manual, Maintenance guide, 1974 Dealer Truck Options and Colors fold-out, emissions book andmore. The goal on this truck was to build a great looking truck that could be a daily driver. The engineis a new Chevy 350 crate motor with aserpentine belt setup and aclassic look carburetedstylefuel Injection system. She fires up perfect every time and runs like a modern truck. Everything in the engine bay was completely redone or new.Both the automatictransmission and the rear end was a complete rebuild. The exhaust is dual and all brand new. The fuel system and tank is all brand new. The brakes are drum and manual, but work great. The process....use the originalpatina caband frameand combine an original step-side bed with new black fenders, anewtail gate and a new wood bed floor to complete what you now see. The only real rust on the truck shows to be outer skin only on the passenger side front lower fender andside lower areas; all treated with a rust kill. The door rockers are in great condition. Interior is original to the truck minus the comfort grip steering wheel. All her glass including the windshield is still original.
