1948 Chevrolet Other Pickups Description:

1948 Chevrolet Thriftmaster 3/4 ton pickup truck with a rebuilt 216 engine approximately 3 years ago. Fueled by a Weber carb and a Holley fuel regulator that will never flood. This has been my daily driver for the last 2.5 years. All work has been done by myself. Interior redone as well as seals, bearings, bed and patina has been clear coated. Speedometer has stopped working about 6 months ago. Again this is a reliable truck, does not burn oil, does not leak gas, runs and starts every time you push the started. Body has zero filler, right rear fender has fiberglass on bottom of fender. Cannot tell with naked eye. Wiring could be updated, and is 12V set up. Vacuum wipers and working headlights. Interior light works and breaks are good for a 1948. Not in perfect shape but perfect for someone.
