1954 Chevrolet Del Ray Description:

1954 Chevy 210 Delray
6" chop on the front 7" at the rear slanted B pillars and custom rear window. Front windshield is original that has been cut done. Rear window is lexan. I have side glass(except wing glass)however they have not been cut down. Drivers door window glass is cracked.
Hood was nosed. Caddy lights have been worked into the fenders. Doors have been shaved as well as the fuel door. Door release latches are under the doors. Cable on drivers side has been pulled out of the latch. Easy fix, I just reach my hand in and open the door.
Original California one piece bumpers were smoothed and rechromed
Chassis is nice and solid. Fat man 2" drop spindles and new king pins were installed. Brakes have all been gone through before I purchased it. Gambino frame notch kit installed. Rear air bags carry the load. Rear leaf springs retained for position.
1958 corvette 283(flint block) block casting is 375651958 heads casting is 3748772. Tri power set up. Radiator was rebuilt. Rebuilt 12v generator
1958 chevy bell housing 62 borg warner T-10. Gear ratios are 2.54 1.92 1.51 1.00 Has rare chevy bow tie castings on main and tail case. Has heavy duty1963 27 spline yoke
1956 chevy rear diff. Perches relocated and pinion angle set. 3"lowering blocks
Trunk still needs to be tinned out. I have the pieces and there all cut out, just needs to be welded in.
All gauges work except temp. Its not long enough to reach the intake. I put a aftermarket one in the globe box.
New headliner,door cards, carpet and headliner were installed a couple years ago
All the work was done by the previous owner except the interior. I have owned the car for 3 or 4 years and usually take it out once a week when its nice. Car drives and handles great. Its a lot of fun to cruise around and gets a lot of thumbs up.
