Great, low mileageexample of thefirst year (1990) ZR-1 with the Lotus engineered/Mercury Marine built LT-5 V8. This car comes with collector-desirable extras all in great condition: ZR-1 PizzaBox with 2 ZR-1 specbooks, VHS tape, gold ZR-1 Keychain, etc. Also included, 2 factory ZR-1 "D" power key's +2 additional power key's (these are brand new GM stock, impossible to find and unlock the full power of the car! These key's alone sell for $300-400 NOS), both 1990 Corvette Service manuals, service bulletin binder, extra ZR-1 factory badges and more.
Values of these cars is expected to beginto rise (some say $6-figures could be realized sooner than later), particularilywith the introduction of the 2019 ZR1, which is the final year for a front engine/RWD Corvette.Withjust over 6,900 ZR-1 C4 Corvette's produced over the 6 years from 1990-1995, fewer and fewer of the low mileage, well maintained, 9/10th1st year cars remain. My car has 22,600+/- miles (less than 800 miles a year!), and looks very close to showroom new. Paint is extremely nice, as is the interior - damn near showroom new. Garaged 100% and never driven in rain or very cold weather. This is a fantastic car - very quick, handles extremely well (315/17 rear rubber - this car get's out of the blocks super quick! 0-60 in around 4 flat, maybe less.)and a comfortable cruiser with optional Electronic Climate Control. A/C blows cold!
This is a 2 owner car, and comes with some very hard to finditems that came with the car as new (including the Pizza Box and all it's contents) and several other goodies. The ZR-1 ("D") power keys (2 factory + 2 brand-new extra GM factory power keys)are nearly impossible to find, as these "D" keys were only a 1st year/1990 cars. This allow you to turn it from normal (225+/-hp to the full 375hp) the later a conservative #, as thesecars dyno well into the 400hp range. I have also added a SLP "Claw" Triple-cone cold air intake which adds about 20-25hp. The original air-box and other original partsI have and gowith the car (coil packs & front brakes rotors/pads, both updatedto new GM/Delco or EBC on the brakes).
Have $5k in recent service and updates to the car at Jeff Barnes Chevrolet here in Maryland (new coil packs, upgrades front 13" EBC Brakes - UK made, slotted/vented/cross drilled, GM platinum plugs, cleaned injectors - 16, new head gasket, brake flush, fresh synthetic oil, etc) new AC Delco Gold battery. Car drives and performsat a high level.
Also,2 new rear 315/17Goodyear Eagle F1 tires were installed recently and have about 1000 miles on them. The front tires are the same, 275/17 with about 95% tread life left. Essentially 4 new tires - $1,500.00 worth. Great rubber!

>>I will be adding additional details about this car offering shortly. It is being sold for the plain and simple reason, I no longer an able to drive a clutch well with an Achilles Tendon rupture/surgery. Considered waiting a few years and storing, however would like to see it enjoyed by another ZR-1 enthusiast -and with the anticipatedvalues of these cars rising and less and less low mileagecars avail. the new owner would also have a solid investment car(just over 3000 made for 1990).
