1966 Chevrolet long bed BIG WINDOW 1/2 ton Pickup Truck blue 283 auto 350 trans

I am selling an unfinished project truck for a steal of a price so step on up to the plate. It is a custom cab big window 1966 fleetside LONG BED w/ original 283 engine and 2 barrel carb. It currently has no battery but I had it running last year. It does smoke a bit so maybe the engine needs gone thru...or the smoking may subside once driven as it sat in my neighbors yard for 35 years before I got it running. I put a lot of new parts in already and have a big box of more new parts w/ it. As of now: new windshield, new arm rests, new visors, new gas pedal, new brake pad, new fuel lines from tank to carb, gas tank flushed and checked, new fuel pump, new water pump, new fan belt, new heater core w/ restored heater box, new hoses under hood, carb rebuilt w/ kit, new heat shield behind gas tank, new dome light, new air cleaner, new aluminum radiator (Champion), new battery box, new battery hold down, new battery cables, new carrier bearing, new U joints, and new plugs n points. It is missing the coil wire now.

It had a powerglide but that is scrapped so am including a newly rebuilt 350 Turbo Hydromatic w/ new torque converter. The brakes have not been touched and do not work. There is a homemade plywood bed that is functional (it seems they took bed off truck and put wood in and reinstalled box). Windows roll up down real nice and doors shut tight. There is typical rust issues as in ALL OF THESE trucks. Fenders, rockers and floor inside need work. See my pics of floor on each outer side under sill plates. Less rust than most I see for sale. Cab corners are great, no rust in roof or drip rail on top.

It has scab tires that hold air enough to get loaded and last a few days. No spare rim however. I have a large box of new parts that go w/ it: new door weatherstrips, new vent gaskets, new defroster duct, new sill plates, new back up light lenses and wiring harness, new tail light bezels w/ harness, new 1966 license plate frames, 3 new manuals (see pic), TH 350 dip stick, new axle bumpers, new black seat belts, new E brake cables, 1 new brake line, new rear window rubber, body side trim clip set, valve cover gaskets, 4 orig hubcaps, door bumper set, stainless SPEEDWAY radiator overflow tank, and a headlight switch.

I have a clear WYOMING TITLE in my name. Buyer to arrange all transport, and semi truck can get to my house easily. Truck is in Encampment WYOMING 82325 (no brakes for your estimates and does not run). I can deliver if not too far away (email me for quote). $300 due day of sale for deposit w/ Paypal; BALANCE will be a bank transfer or cash upon pickup in person. Great truck for the money !!!
