1972 Chevy K-5 Blazer

1972 Chevrolet Blazer K-5 Description:

Local Boulder Colorado Truck. Selling a 1972 K-5 Blazer. Completely taken down to bare metal during frame off/restored over 15 years ago, sandblasted, primed and undercoated. Small rust areas but not the major rust in typical places. Rocker panels are good. The bottom lower back corners have some rust. Directly behind the driver's side door it looks like an area was repaired with a small new piece of sheet metal and some bonds. That's the only filler I can find, but I'm no expert. Engine was new 15 years ago and everything on it is new, alternator, water pump and fuel pump, all with less than 20K miles. The engine starts right up but runs rich/rough, I am guessing it needs a new carburetor? I do not have the mechanical know how to troubleshoot that. Some minor body work, sanding and it's ready for paint(maybe a new carburetor?) Brakes work but you have to pump them pretty hard.There is an aftermarket plastic type gas tank, I believe 32 gallons, new filler hoses....
I believe I have a two gas can rack that bolts on the back, but I'll have to look for it....The fiberglass liftgate has repairs on the inside on either sise and a substantial crack where the the handle is located but does not affect its use.

This truck is very solid and would be a quick and easy restoration.
Will not ship/transport unless you come out to Colorado with the cash in hand and deal with the transport company on your own. I am firm with this. If you want to hire someone in Colorado to do the transaction for you, that will work however selling as is with no guarantees.
