1987 Monte Carlo SS "Aerocoupe" ***No Reserve***
1987 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS Description:
Just got it. Car is 100% there. Low Mileage. Has been sitting for 5 years. I put fresh fuel and a battery in it. Car started right up. Great oil pressure. All gauges work. Temperature stayed cool. Brakes work well but should be gone through. Car shifts perfect. Interior is excellent. 1 crack in dash. Needs tires (current tires have dry rot on sidewalls but they have plenty of tread and they hold air) Rims are very nice and in great shape without road rash. Glass is all good. Body is straight. Gaps all look good. Has rust on the P/S rear lower quarter. Rust in trunk where spare tire is. Paint is not perfect but presentable. It could use some compound and wax. Or with minor body work and paint this is an awesome ride. The engine bay is in great shape. Everything is there and it's unmolested. Needs a ball joint on D/S front wheel. Car has new dual exhaust system in it also. This car can be driven daily with a few maintenance items or this is definitely an excellent candidate for a restoration. It wont take much. Done right this car will fetch big money. Only 6,052 were made in 1987. So its a rare car. Less than 65,000 original miles.
