1972 Chevy Truck Cheyenne Super , Factory Big Block 402 and A/C, 1/2 ton

1972 Chevrolet C-10 Cheyenne Super Description:

For sale, Texas Truck with a Factory Big Block 402 paired with a 400 HD Hydramatic transmission, LWB. This is an original Blue and White Cheyenne Super, optioned with A/C; ½ ton. This is a rare optioned truck, with the right motor and color combination that does not come up on the market very often. In original unmolested condition looks like it had some paint work a long time ago, but no signs of any accidents. Last summer I went through the truck and sorted numerous issues and replaced many parts. (25 years of mechanical experience). Motor fires right up after sitting for weeks. The truck runs and drives wonderfully, put about 300 miles on it, since going through it. Being stored in clean, dry storage.

The floor has Surface Rust from water getting under the Carpet, but the floor is solid. Was going to sandblast and lead it smooth.

Needs:

Attention to leaky transmission (Shifts smoothly)

One of the freeze plugs is leaking (Truck still hold 160 degrees and has good pressure)

Cab Corners and Rockers (Normal for these trucks)

Windshield Wipers not operational (Seems to all there, just haven’t had the time to go through it and troubleshoot.)

Interior needs some love and attention
