Has up for auction a very desirable restored 1966 Chevrolet Fleetside ½ton pickup truck.

Everything including an engine swap was done to this exceptional vehicle. Powering her is a completely rebuilt GM 350 V-8 with a 4 Bbl carb. The odometer reads 46,606 but less than 100 miles were driven on the newly installed replacement motor.

The ignition was moved from the dash to the steering column. Still has the manual choke. Its equipped with power steering and front power disc brakes. The tilt steering wheel and column is from a 90’s GM product.

The body is very nice, rust free with brand new period correct paint. The wheels, tires, molding and glass are all exceptional.

The underside is also very nice. No damage, rust or structural concerns anywhere.

The interior is also brand new and shows very nicely. All the gauges work properly and an up to date radio now replaces the factory AM unit.

The truck starts right up every time, drives straight, quick, powerful and stops on a dime. There are no fluid leaks, blow backs, smoke or valve noise. The muffler produces a nice rumble with as mild cam but is not over bearing. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly through all the gears.

These Chevy and GMC trucks are rising in collector value. The 66 ½ ton is one of the more collectable trucks. And with their prices almost becoming prohibitive, we feel as though we price this one below market value.
