1973 Chevrolet Impala- Incredible car! Just passed Virginia State Inspection! This is a 2 owner car with 46,000 original miles! One repaint about 10 years ago that still looks great, but not perfect. Seats done about 5 years ago and look new. Car starts right up and runs and drives just like it did in 73. Like the tires and wheels or not (22's), she is a beauty. Wheels can be replaced, this car can't. It may not be the nicest 73 anywhere, but I'm willing to bet it's one of the nicest ones in Va.Known Flaws- Some interior plastic dry rotted, paint is very good but does have a couple small chips, inside of doors appears to have original paint, chrome trim and bumpers has some pitting but is very nice driver quality. A/C not funtional, dash cracked, non original tires and wheels on car BUT I DO HAVE ORIGINAL WHEELS with bad tires. No hubcaps.The good- Paint looks great, seats recovered, carpet new, runs and sounds great, new flowmaster dual exhaust, tires and wheels on it are in great shape, 46,000 mile, 2 owner car. Repainted original color. Drives down the road great! 350 engine runs fantastic, choke works properly. Transmisson rebuilt approx 5 years ago. Supposed to be all matching numbers, but I have not verified. I have seen zero rust on the car! Sound system thumps it!No suspension modifications have been done to the car. It is stock and very tight.
