1985 Chevrolet C-10 Silverado Description:

For sale is my 1985 Chevrolet C-10 Pickup Truck, short bed, two wheel drive. It has been lowered 5/7 with a DJM kit, including a bolt in C-notch and has 20x8" front and 20x10" rear Boss 338 with good Mickey Thompson tires. The trucks runs great and is mechanically sound, it is my daily driver. My commute is 70 miles round trip, so it is a fully capable vehicle. The engine is the original 305 V8 with a TH350 automatic transmission. It's exterior is all original with some patina, however there is no rust. The interior has been freshened up and is very functional with a lot of updates and new parts. The heat and AC work great, you can connect your phone to the new Pioneer radio, like driving a new vehicle. The truck only has 139,000 miles and is well kept. It has spent it's life in Alabama before I purchased it, which is why the body is in such good condition.
All gauges, including the original clock function properly and are well lit. The engine maintains oil pressure at ~60psi when cruising and ~40 psi at idle. The coolant system was almost entirely replaced in the fall of 2017, includinga 195F thermostat, which is where the temperature stabilizes at after warming. The transmission had its fluid and filter changed in October of 2017 and Ihave never had an issue with it.

I bought this truck because it is the perfect platform for a classic daily driver and is in great condition. It is old enough to be consider a classic and new enough to be comfortable for everyday. With the lowering kit, low profile tires and sway bar it handles and rides very well. I also take it on the highway, no problem. I have put 5000 miles on it since October, so there is no question that it is a great functioning vehicle that also looks badass. The AutoCheck states that there is an issue with the title, which is not true. This truck only has a 5 digit odometer, so it cannot display 139,000 miles, only 39,000. There is no concern with the title. I bought the truck to drive and keep however, life changes quickly and we cannot keep it.
