Here for sale in El Paso Texas is this beautiful 1968 Chevrolet c10 custom short bed conversion Hot Rod truck !!! this is my personal project that I hate to sell. These trucks are one of the most sought after trucks in the world today. To be able to find one and build it to the shape it is in right now is a dream for most c10 lovers! Let me tell you what it has as of now. It has a screaming fresh rebuilt 383 stroker motor with Icon forged flat top 10:1 pistons,Edelbrock 594 lift cam,Edelbrock aluminum heads with Edelbrock 1.5 roller rockers, Forged Scat rods and crank, 4 barrel 750 Quick fuel carb, Hooker Competition Hedders, High rise air gap intake, Aeromotive electric fuel pump and regulator, Champion 4 core aluminum radiator.(These are some of the engine compartment parts,i am sure i left more out.) This engine is incredibly strong and thumps really nice !! To back up this horsepower,this truck was fitted with a 3500 FTI stall, and a 700 R4 four speed automatic with a Lokar shifter. The exhaust is a fully custom built 3 inch aluminum pipe exhaust with an X pipe and loud Super 10 Flowmaster exhaust !!! This truck sounds bitchin....The original fuel tank was taken out and replaced with a brand new 17 gallon fuel tank that was relocated to the rear for more leg room . All new 3/8 fuel line was also added. This truck has a 12 bolt Possi trac rear end with 3:73 gears. As you can see, this is a very powerful drivetrain. This truck was also fitted with a brand new power disc brake conversion kit to stop this beast. It has new 2 inch front coil springs and 3 inch drop coils in the rear with all 4 new shocks. This truck has beautiful new American Racing Anson sprint polished aluminum wheels with new tires. These are vintage looking wheels that look great with the stance the truck has. The dash on the truck has custom autometer gauges and a great looking custom steering wheel you will not find anywhere. This truck has all new wiring from front to back with LED lights and LED side marker lights. This is a TON of money and very hard work put into this truck to have it in the shape it is in today. You cannot build a truck with all of this custom work for what I am selling this truck for. This truck will need a paint job,or can be used as is. Either way, this truck turns heads everywhere i go ! The paint job is not new and this is not a fully restored vehicle. I have covered most of the bases,but it is still in need of you to put your personal stamp on it to make it your own.( Please look at all of the pictures) The power steering works great,but needs new seals.(leaking). Again, this is a great Hot Rod, by far better than most out there, but is NOT fully restored. I am selling this jewel in as is condition with no warranty or refund.
