A Flathead V8, 135 hp and a 3-speed on the column provides a smooth ride for when you decide to hit the road. Rear suicide doors and ample seating for 7 will turn heads.Here is a fantastic piece of American History. This is a great 1939 Cadillac Limousinein nice condition. This is a rare beauty that is very incredible to drive. The drive-lineis in excellent condition and runs very well. The interior has had a lot of refurbishing done and needs a few more details to be completed. The wood grain is beautiful as is the steering wheel and chrome. The seats are presentable as is the carpet and door panels; however they could use some light stitching or recovering. The door panels have not been replaced and do show some light water stains. The wheels and tires are in great shape and all glass is in good shape with exception of the front passenger window which does have a crack. It has a functional wind up dividing window between the front chauffeur seating area and passenger space. There is also a microphone in the rear armrest with a speaker at the front. All gauges and radio are functional. There is a 2nd row jump seat which folds into the floor and hides away when not needed. The car has been repainted over the years and is in good condition. It does have a patina look which was done intentionally. Videos of the Limo are available upon request.
It was originally purchased by Hollywood legend Johnny Weissmuller - Tarzan in 1939!!There are many documents from previous owners detailing the work and preservation that has been completed on this over the past 30 years.
