Description 1959 Cadillac Coupe deVille Series 63 that was a complete concours #1 restoration to stock specifications with standards better than factory both mechanically and cosmetically DOCUMENTED frame off, every nut and bolt, enormous file shows all the extensive restoration, this absolute gorgeous Red Two door hardtop Coupe de Ville with the factory chrome presents in an awesome fashion, said documented work has enormous files, has factory manuals to complete restoration and a valuable tool to maintain, an investment grade for an investor, the '59 Cadillac was the pinnacle of high design spectacular excess with tailfins that rose a full 42 inches off the ground, rocket flare tail lights, wonderful sweeping lines, quad headlights, massive chrome bumpers that are finished to perfection, this special design has a body length of over 20 feet the fins were accentuated by the body's lower profile, the Coupe deVille is a full three inches lower than the '58 Cadillac's already low profile, this has a fantastic sweeping lines that are a one year only design, to hear the engine in this rare Cadillac run, it is so quiet and smooth.
The restoration took 10 years to complete and was finished fall of 2013.

The options available here on this rare car are tinted glass, headlight dimmers autronic eye, electrically operated windows, power vent windows, power seat adjust, cruise control and the remote trunk lid release, with motorized latch and virtually every option that was available
Runs and drives well, all electric windows work, including the small quarter windows, as does the power seat, cruise control and the motoized closing latch on trunk.
The bad news, the heater core or more likely the heater valve is now broken, so we fitted a bypass to the heater unit I was going to try and fix this but it takes 2 to 3 people just to left the dash off carefully.
There is a small dimple on the hood which was caused by the hood being dropped down while show items were underneath.
The drivers door rubber seal needs replacing as a coupe of inches of if have torn on the curve leading to the quarter window.
Price offered is a lot lower than I paid, due to the work required to bring it back to top condition.
